I really like all you guys, and enjoy spending time in game, chatting, reading your LJ's, etc. I guess one of the main points, or things you should try to do, is not take anything too personally. I know it's easier said than done, but you have to try. If you look at is as time invested or time spent, well it gets tricky. I mean some people would argue that you can't get to know someone over the net or what not. That you need to know people in person. I'd argue that, if you broke down how much time you spent with your RL friends, you know hanging out, talking to them, and compared to the time spent with people on the net, that you'd be surprised.
We spend hours with each other, whether it be playing in games, chatting, or listening to each other on the air. It's only natural that you're going to get to know each other. It's all about familiarity. So when things aren't going as planned, or not how we imagined...of course people are going to be upset. And yes, feelings are going to get hurt. I guess we all need to just hang in there, and remember what made us friends in the first place. Alright I'm rambling now, and this was just supposed to be a comment on a friend's LJ...but I just might make it a post now.
Carpe Diem
